Nipa Technology would like to inform you that in case any incident below happens, the company may deny your request in accordance with the related regulations.

• The situation of not being able to clearly show that the Requestor is the Data Subject or having an authority of requesting.
• The request is irrational. For instance, the Requestor does not have the right of erasure, or the company does not own the personal data, and others.
• The purpose for collecting the personal data is for the freedom of expression, or to create historical document, research paper, the statistics that has a protective measure to protect right and freedom of the Data Subject, or the use of contribution to the public interest, or for exercising of state power delegated to the company, or collecting the sensitive data that necessary to conforming with laws in an aspect of preventive medicine, occupational medicine, and public interest in public health, according to section 26 (5) (a) and (b) of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
• The purpose of the personal data retention is to establish the legal claims, compliance or exercise of the legal claims, or to set up against the legal claims, or to normally comply with the law, you will not be charged for the procedure you request. However, in case it is obvious that your request is irrational or extravagant, the company may charge for the operation fee as one think fit. If the company deny serving your request, you can fly your complaint to the Personal Data Protection Committee at the office of the Personal Data Protection Committee, Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, via phone number 02-142-1033, and e-mail [email protected]. After the consideration of your request, the company will inform the result to you and start the process within 30 days of the day the request was sent.
